This paddle is made up of two pieces of thick latigo leather sewn together. A steel spring is in the middle of the paddle providing sturdiness and quite a sting. The paddle also has 8 holes that help provided more of a sting when laying the smackdown on your subs ass! Also includes a leather loop on the handle used for hanging.
